- The Shillong lottery consists of two rounds, each lasting two minutes.
- In the first round, expert archers shoot thirty arrows, followed by twenty arrows in the second round.
- To place a bet, participants must select a number between 0 and 99, representing the number of arrows they believe will strike the target
- The player with the closest prediction wins the round.
- Licensed dealers can sell lottery tickets for any amount ranging from Rs. 1 to Rs. 50.
- The prize for the Shillong Teer lottery is based on how much a player bets and how accurately they predict the outcome.
If you wager Rs. 1 and correctly guess the results of the first round, you will receive Rs. 80. For the second round, a Rs. 1 bet would earn you Rs. 60. Players who successfully predict the outcome of both rounds and bet Rs. 1 can win up to Rs. 4,000.
