New Delhi: Sukhdev Singh Namdhari has claimed that the plans to take over the Chhatarpur farmhouse from Hardeep Singh had been hatched several days in advance by liquor baron by Ponty Chadha. Delhi Police took Namdhari, who was brought to Delhi from Uttarakhand, to the farmhouse where the two brothers - Ponty and Hardeep - were killed and have also recovered a double barrel gun and a pistol.

The police claim that the 7.62 mm pistol was recovered from Namdhari's farmhouse at Bajpur in Uttarakhand along with a double barrel gun. Investigators are looking for more evidence related to the case and have searched Namdhari's house in Udham Singh Nagar district.

During the investigation, Namdhar's family accused the police of high-handedness. According to the police sources ballistic tests will be conducted on Namdhari's double-barrelled gun and pistol so that the investigators know when the weapons were fired.

Police say that only after the investigations would it become clear if Namdhari used only the pistol or also the gun at Chhatarpur farmhouse. According to the police Namdhari has disclosed many details in the incident.

He told to police that Ponty had been preparing for several days to remove Hardeep's men and take over the Chhatarpur farmhouse.
