PM flays Pakistan's amnesty to terror hubs and outfits

New Delhi: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has spoken out against the safe haven terror hubs get in Pakistan.

“We all know the epicentre of terrorism in the world today is Pakistan. The world community has to come to grips with this harsh reality,” said Singh.

He added that Pakistan is either not able to control terror outfits like the Lashkar-e-Toeba (LeT) as well as other militant groups or they are not willing to control them.

Interestingly, he said while the ISI had in the past carried out terror strikes against India, he had been told that it now bears a different mindset.
