New Delhi: Police has prepared a sketch of a youth accused of kidnapping and murdering a 10-year-old son of a diamond merchant in Navasari town near Ahmedabad in South Gujarat.
The youth reportedly has a hand in the kidnap and murder of Nayan Kachrolia, who went missing from his school in Navsari town on January 4, reported Superintendent of Police of Navsari district, Mayanksinh Chavda.
The sketch has been prepared based on the description given by an eye-witness in the case.
The police has apparently detained several persons matching the sketch and are investigating.
The accused involved in kidnapped and murdering the boy is probably a local, police said.
The body of victim was found dumped near the railway track near Gautamnagar area on Friday.
The boy's father is connected with a big diamond firm in Navsari, police sources said.
