In revenue records, the land is mentioned as Kondapalli Kazi’s Inam.According to sources, some people got a sale deed for four acres of the total 74 acres, registered at the sub-registrar office at Kavali in Nellore district in 2007.But it was cancelled on intervention by Krishna district minorities welfare officer. A criminal case was registered against those involved in the land registration by the Payakapuram police. However, they approached the High Court and got a favourable verdict.Later, they approached the sub-registrar of Hayathnagar in Ranga Reddy district to get the registration done online.However, Vijayawada RDO S Venkat Rao wrote to the Hayathnagar sub-registrar   on August 23 this year asking him to stop the registration of the sale transaction following a request by the district minorities welfare officer.
