SHIMOGA: A total of 11 seminars and 23 exhibits by budding engineers of 32 colleges of the state received awards conferred by the Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology (KSCST), Bangalore. KSCST executive secretary M Prithviraj told Express that there is scope for these unique ideas to get patented. Of the 1,300 projects, only 295 got the nod for financial assistance from KSCST.
