The Kerala government had expressed concerns about the Mullaperiyar Dam, which developed cracks following tremors.
New Delhi: A mild earthquake measuring 3.4 on the richter scale jolted Kerala's Idukki district which houses the Mullaperiyar Dam, on Saturday morning.
No casualties or damages have been reported.
This was the 32nd quake to jolt the region since July.
The Kerala government had earlier expressed concerns about the Mullaperiyar Dam, which developed cracks following tremors last month.
