Katta in custody till October 26

BANGALORE: The Lokayukta Court extended the judicial custody of Katta Subramanya Naidu, his son Katta Jagadish Naidu and others  accused in the multi-crore KIADB scam, till October 26.Judge K N Sudheendra Rao postponed the hearing of the bail petition to September 24. In the meantime, Katta’s advocate alleged that the police officials forced  Katta Jagadish to wear the hand cuffs. The judge then warned the police regarding this. The judge ordered the proclamation of the two accused Venkaiah and Jaggaiah, who are absconding. Meanwhile, the High Court adjourned the hearing of the review petition of Katta Subramanya Naidu for bail to Tuesday.
