Srinagar: In a rather grim story from the flood-hit state of Jammu & Kashmir, a new-born baby lost his battle for life in a Srinagar hospital on Sunday.
The newborne apparently died due to lack of medical attention. Laldutt Hospital in the Valley is now home to thousands of people from across the state who have taken refuge in the building. They rue the doctors who have vacated the building ignoring their moral duty.
