Victim Raj Kumar died after he was brutally thrashed by two of his friends after a heated argument.
New Delhi: A Holi party turned nasty when a youth was beaten to death by two of his friends in west Delhi on Monday.
The duo, from Assam and Uttar Pradesh, has been arrested.
The two reportedly thrashed Raj Kumar after a heated argument which led to his death.
