Gajendra Singh's suicide has led to an ugly war of words between the Bharatiya Janata Party, Congress and Aam Aadmi Party. While Delhi Police has registered an FIR and started investigation, politicians are busy scoring brownie point over the death of Singh, a farmer from Rajasthan's Dausa district.
While AAP claims that the party workers tries to save Singh and blamed Delhi Police of inaction, Union Home Minister targeted the Delhi government of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and accused it of obstructing the police officials from discharging their duty.
Meanwhile, at Singh's native place Nangal Jhamarwada village in Rajasthan there was no leader from either the BJP or AAP to attend his funeral. Congress was represented by former Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot and former Dausa MP Sachin Pilot.
