Two Maoists, Dashrath Ram and Rajesh Ram, were arrested from Kesaria in East Champaran district during a combing operation by the CRPF and the police on Monday.
Two other Maoists Yogendra Bhagat and Suraj were nabbed from Sahebganj in neighbouring Muzaffarpur district, they said.
A motorcycle, seven mobile phones and Rs 14,300 in cash were seized from the ultras.
The Maoists were involved in a number of incidents in East Champaran, Muzaffarpur and adjacent districts.
