He concluded the letter urging action from the CBI, the HC, the Prime Minister and the police against former minister K N Nehru, his brother Ramajeyam and the others who threatened to kill him and forced him to sign the sale deed.A senior police officer said after the arrest of Nehru on August 25, Srinivasan had told the police that he had left a detailed document, written on a Rs. 100-stamp paper, in the safe custody of the registrar’s office.Though the police had submitted a requested with the judicial magistrate court IV last month itself, the document could not be recovered as Srinivasan was in Chennai for a follow-up to a bypass surgery he recently underwent. Only after he returned to Tiruchy was the letter recovered in his presence by the court on September 12.
