London: Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty had a nose job and a top fashion designer helped the actor to change her appearance before she made her name as a beauty.

The documentary tells the story of her life before she won Britain's Celebrity Big Brother reality television show.
She admits to having had a nose job, while a top fashion designer helped her find her fashion look.
The documentary also looks at her personal life and the string of actors and directors she has been linked with.
It even reveals a storm over by photographs of her navel - while her pictures of her younger sister Shamita also caused outrage.
Shilpa was little known in the UK prior to the Channel Four show and her career was said to be flagging before she took part.
But Metro, the movie she made shortly before going into the show, is now set to be a huge success.
After emerging winner in the reality show, she has been flooded with acting offers.
