DL in Delhi to clarify on NEET

HYDERABAD: Minister for Health DL Ravindra Reddy left for New Delhi on Saturday to clear the uncertainty over the implementation of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for admission into medical colleges in the state. He is scheduled to meet Union Minister for Health Gulam Nabi Azad on Sunday.Ravindra Reddy has gone to ascertain whether students from Andhra Pradesh would be exempted from NEET for the academic year 201213 in the wake of the Supreme Court stressing on the implementation of NEET examination from next year.Ravindra Reddy said that the government is pressing for exemption keeping in mind the level of preparedness of the students.
