Delhi-Howrah Janta Express train has been looted near Jamui in Bihar.
Patna: As Mamata Banerjee gets ready to present the Railway Budget in Parliament, the Delhi-Howrah Janta Express (3039) train has been looted near Jamui in Bihar.
Mamata will be presenting her fourth Railway Budget and the second of the United Progressive Alliance Government-II on Wednesday.
Ironically she is likely to focus on railway security and infrastructure and set up a Railway Security Fund.
