Training should be given to teachers and parents on how to deal with the children,” the Chief Minister said. Justice V R Krishna Iyer was the chief guest. Dr Philip John, Dr Sujith Vasudevan, Dr Reji Paul, Dr Varghese Cheriyan, K Radhakrishnan, Dr M S Jinan, Dr K J S Rajeev and Dr Mathew Abraham spoke.The centre is a new initiative for the   treatment of neurological and psychiatric problems.
