BANGALORE: Advocates Sirajin Basha and K N Balraj filed a caveat on Friday, requesting the High Court to listen to their version while hearing the writ petition filed by the Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa in the land denotification cases.
Both the advocates requested that they be heard before the court passes any order on the petition.Yeddyurappa in a writ petion filed on Thursday had alleged that the Governor's sanction is "biased and is with malafide intentions" and sought the sanction to be set aside, as he had intefered in the administration of the state often.

Chargesheet Filed Against Katta

The allegation against them was that Naidu had availed of GPA of properties of others and received compensation of crores, then giving it away at just `5 to 6 lakh.

Tiruchi Deputy Mayor Anbalagan, of the DMK, filed an appeal in the High Court to refuse further investigation into the disproportionate assets case against the TN CM. In the appeal the petitioner said the CM is trying to close the case against them.
