Amidst high-voltage drama by BJP leader, Uma Bharti and her other supporting legislators, Shivraj Singh Chauhan was Sworn-in on Tuesday.
New Delhi: BJP youth leader Shivraj Singh Chauhan was sworn in as Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister on Tuesday.
Governor Balram Jakhar administered the oath of office and secrecy to Chauhan at the Raj Bhawan in Bhopal.
Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, BJP President L K Advani, senior party leaders Murli Manohar Joshi, Jaswant Singh, Rajnath Singh and Kailash Joshi and outgoing chief minister Babulal Gaur were among the dignitaries present.
