BANGALORE: The CCB sleuths arrested six miscreants who had assaulted a businessman and had robbed him of valuables at a house in Rajajinagar on Wednesday. The accused are Satish Rao alias Satish, 23, Rajan alias Setu, 25, Lingaraju alias Raju, 27, Premkumar alias Prem, 26, Satish Kumar, 23, Harsih and 23. According to the police, on April 2, the gang had approached the victim Snehith Ujwal, who wanted to sell some valuable stone. They assured him of selling his valuable stone at a good price and asked him to meet at a house in Rajajinagar. When he went to meet them, they threatened him with lethal weapons and snatched his gold ornaments and cellphone. Police recovered all the valuables and seized the weapons.
