HYDERABAD: TVS Automobile Solutions Limited (TVS ASL) in association with the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport have started round the clock emergency breakdown assistance services for passenger cars which is the first of its kind in the country. The emergency support activity is expected to offer services for breakdown (both mechanical and electrical), flat tyre, dead battery, key lock-out, etc and will be handled TVS ASL’s brand ‘MyTVS.’‘MyTVS’ will have a mobile service vehicle and trained manpower stationed at the airport 24x7 to provide emergency support services in and around the airport area. A dedicated toll free number-1800-266-2003 has been set-up exclusively for this, especially for passengers stranded on the way to and from airport, to help them get back on wheels at the least possible time. Additionally, this facility can also be availed by non-members of ‘MyTVS.’Mr. Ramesh Krishnamurthy, chief commercial officer, GMR, Hyderabad International Airport, said, “Our endeavour has always been to facilitate passengers with comfort and convenience while their transit through RGIA, and this ‘24x7 emergency breakdown services’ is one of the many initiatives that we have unfolded in our journey to rank RGIA as one of the best airports globally. I am positive that this facility would mean a blessing at times of need.”
