Cancel land deals: TDP

HYDERABAD: The TDP on Friday urged chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy to cancel all land deals made during the tenure of YS Rajasekhara Reddy, in the light of the observations of Comptroller and Auditor General.A delegation of TDP MLAs and MLCs met the chief minister at his camp office and submitted a memorandum seeking cancellation of all irregular allotments. They demanded that the lands should be given back to native farmers.The TDP delegation team staged a dharna outside the camp office of the chief minister for a while as they were not allowed inside since they did not have a prior appointment. Later, they were invited inside to submit the memorandum.
