BANGALORE: As the High Court has given an eight week stay on the proceedings of the disproportionate assets case against H D Balakrishne Gowda, a retired KAS officer and the eldest son of former Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda, the Lokayukta Special Court has adjourned the next hearing of the case to December 12.The Court took up the case on Saturday, and as there is a stay on the proceedings, Judge N K Sudheendra Rao posted the case to December 12.
