Another wolf attack in UP's Bahraich injured an 11-year-old girl on Tuesday. The pack of six wolves has been responsible for killing eight people and injuring over 20 since mid-July.
An 11-year-old girl was attacked by a wolf in Uttar Pradesh’s Bahraich on Tuesday night, as the authorities in the city continued their search for a sixth wolf.
According to news agency ANI, the minor was admitted to a hospital, where she was being treated for her injuries.
A pack of six wolves in the area has killed eight people and injured more than 20 since mid-July.
On Tuesday, the authorities managed to capture a fifth wolf as part of the ‘Operation Bhediya’ campaign that has been ongoing in Bahraich’s Mahasi tehsil.
The fifth man-eater wolf was captured using pugmark technique near the Ghaghra River close to Harabnspur village.
