Aarushi murder: Talwar family member to view 'Rahasya'
The Talwars, who feel that the movie does not portray the truth, had sought to view the film prior to its release.

Mumbai: The Bombay High Court on Thursday granted permission to a family member of Rajesh and Nupur Talwar - convicted of murdering their teenaged daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj - to have a private screening of the movie 'Rahasya', allegedly based on the double murders.

The court has allowed one family member and a lawyer to watch the movie prior to its release. The production house will arrange for the screening in the next few days.

Petitioner Neha Mehta, the Talwars' lawyer, was seeking a stay on the U/A certificate granted by the censor board for the release of the movie.

The Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case has baffled all, with no real proof found against anyone. The incident happened on the intervening night of May 15 and 16, 2008, at the Talwar residence in Noida.

A sessions court in Ghaziabad, however, convicted the Talwars on November 26, 2013, and sentenced them to life imprisonment. Their appeals against the conviction are pending before the Allahabad High Court.
