BANGALORE: The High Court on Thursday warned actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, who was charged with domestic violence and attempt to murder his wife and son and is out on bail. A single bench comprising Justice B V Pinto, who had summoned the actor to the High Court on Thursday, stated that if such incidents were repeated, the state government can file an affidavit to revoke his bail application and told the actor to mend his behaviour. The actor arrived in the High Court in the afternoon along with his wife Vijayalakshmi for counselling by the judge in his chamber. Justice Pinto also instructed that the actor shall not influence or destroy evidence and witnesses pertaining to the case. It is also learnt that the judge counselled the couple separately before calling them together. Also, the couple tendered their apologies to the judge for being responsible for their acts and assured that it will not be repeated. Earlier, Vijayalaksmi met state public prosecutor H S Chandramouli at his office inside the HC premises. Speaking to the media, Chandramouli said that the judge has made it clear that no family member should interfere in the relations between him and his wife and he should not hamper the trial or interfere with any of the witnesses. The judge specifically asked the actor to take care of his wife, to which he replied that he is grateful to her and shall never hurt her. The court amply made clear that the counselling relates to only family issue and investigation, however, shall continue. Vijayalakshmi said that she wanted to forget her past and lead a happy life with her husband in future.
