Forty-five pouches of illegal liquor were seized from Jeet Raj near main Chowk Akhnoor, 30-km from Ghaziabad, on Saturday, they said.
Raj had been arrested and a case under the Excise Act registered against him.
In a similar incident, Ved Ram, carrying 30 bottles of liquor illegally, was arrested at Malian Jarh, police said.
