Prabhas To Join Hands With Dasara Fame Director Srikanth Odela?
As per the reports, Srikanth Odela has narrated the storyline of a film to Prabhas, which is based on a tragic incident.

Prabhas became a pan-India star following the success of the Baahubali franchise. He, however, has not been able to secure a single hit since then. Prabhas, nevertheless, has an interesting line-up of films. Now, recent reports point out that Prabhas will act in a film directed by Dasara fame Srikanth Odela. As per the reports, he has narrated the storyline of the film to Prabhas, which is based on a tragic incident. Other reports cite that this film will be a mass period action drama. Reportedly, Prabhas has liked the story and given a go-ahead to act in it as well. An official announcement, however, in this regard, is yet to be made.

Prabhas had recently gone to Europe for knee surgery. He will now be seen promoting his upcoming film Salaar: Part 1 Ceasefire. This film is one of the much-anticipated movies of Prabhas. A report by Gets Cinema has revealed that the run-time of this film is 2 hours and 50 minutes. Salaar will also have a special ‘hero-related track’ along with another song, both of which collectively are 10 minute-long. Prashanth Neel has directed this movie and it stars an ensemble cast of Shruti Haasan, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Jagapathi Babu, and others.

Recently, there were some reports that Salaar’s release has been postponed. It was reportedly done to avert its box office clash with Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Dunki.

These reports, however, turned out to be false. It has now been confirmed that there are no changes to Salaar’s release date. The trailer will be unveiled sometime around the end of this month or early December. Film trade insider analyst Ramesh Bala confirmed this news. Ramesh tweeted, “Bigg News: The much awaited Salaar: Part 1 Ceasefire trailer to be out on November end or early December. The actioner helmed by Prashanth Neel and featuring Prabhas is creating excitement among the masses and the film will arrive in cinemas on the scheduled date, December 22nd, 2023.”

Hombale Films has backed Salaar and it will be released in Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu. This film was originally shot in Telugu and then dubbed in other languages.
