Beer is made by combining Wheat and Alcohol. Wheat can be made by combining Grass with Farmer, Domestication, or Field and Alcohol can be made by combining Time and Juice, Wheat and Fruit, Wheat and Juice, or Fruit and Sun.

Fastest Path to Create Beer

Using Time. Time is an element that is unlocked only after you've unlocked 100 other elements.
