Free Streaming Sites
There are many free cartoon streaming sites that are very similar. That's because these streaming sites don't host the videos themselves but source them from the same video-sharing hosts.
Choosing a site comes down to preference. Below are some free cartoon streaming sites that we found to be easy and safe to use: wco.tv kisscartoon.nz wcofun.net
Always use an adblocker when using a free streaming site. When we tested each of the above sites, none of them gave us any pop-up ads. However, you should always have an adblocker extension installed if you use free streaming sites to avoid getting ads that could be malicious. While it's not as crucial as using an ad blocker, you might also want to use a VPN as an extra layer of security.
Legit Streaming Sites
Tubi TV. Tubi TV is a legit free streaming service—that is, the content on the site isn't pirated. Tubi offers a ton of free movies and TV shows, including cartoons. There's even an entire Tubi Kids section to help you filter out the cartoons on the service aimed at younger audiences. It also has an extensive anime collection, if you're looking for Japanese cartoons. Tubi doesn't require you to make an account to start watching.
Pluto TV. Pluto TV is another free streaming service with some cartoons. It has less of a selection than Tubi, and mostly offers cartoon movies. Just like Tubi, it has a tab just for kids to help you find most of their cartoons. It also has an anime section if you're interested in Japanese cartoons. Like Tubi, you can start watching Pluto without an account.
Cartoon Network. The Cartoon Network US site will direct you to watch their shows on Max, a streaming service. However, the UK site (cartoonnetwork.co.uk) has some videos on their website you can watch for free. These aren't full-length episodes like you'd watch on TV, but shorter episodes with one story per episode.
Nick.com. Nickelodeon also has clips and full episodes of some of their shows uploaded to the videos section of their site. Unlike Cartoon Network, however, you don't have to go to the UK version of the site to watch them!
YouTube. Some companies will upload some or all of their cartoon episodes on YouTube for free. Simply go to YouTube and search for your favorite cartoon to see if it's been uploaded for you to watch for free.
