Steps

Open the Groupon app. The Groupon app icon is a large letter “G” on a white background.

Tap on My Stuff in the bottom menu. From the Groupon homepage, locate the “My Stuff” tab on the bottom navigation menu. This tab has an icon of a person.

Select My Groupons. At the top of the “My Stuff” page, you should see an option to select “My Groupons” next to an icon of a price tag.

Find the order you want to track and select View Details. The order will likely be near the top of the page, and there should be a green “View Details” button on the right side of the screen.

Click Track Your Order. As long as your order has been shipped, you will be able to click the link and see where your order is. If your package has not yet been shipped, this option will not be available.
