Sage Bronius can be found in Chargestone Cave. Enter the cave from its northern entrance from Icirrus City and head down two levels. Continue south to battle two Plasma Grunts and find Sage Bronius. Make sure to level up your Pokémon and create a balance team to easily defeat enemies. Speak to Sage Bronius to receive TM69 Rock Polish.

Sage Giallo

Sage Giallo can be found on a cliff in Route 14. Head to Route 14 from the southern entrance. Ride the waterfall upstream to find Sage Giallo. Speak to Sage Giallo to receive HM08 Bulk Up. You will need to find the HM Waterfall to ride the waterfall.
