Open WeChat on your iPhone or iPad. It’s the green icon with two overlapping chat bubbles inside. You’ll usually find it on the home screen.
Tap Me. It’s at the bottom-right corner of WeChat.
Tap Settings.
Tap Message Notifications. This displays a list of all possible notification preferences.
Use the switches to enable or disable notifications. To disable WeChat notifications, slide the “Notifications” switch to iPhone Switch Off Icon, then tap Close. Otherwise, set it to iPhone Switch On Icon. To disable alerts for video chats, slide the “Video Call Notifications” switch to iPhone Switch Off Icon. To disable the ringtone for WeChat voice calls, slide the “Ringtone” switch to iPhone Switch Off Icon. If you don't want to see text from a chat in your iPhone or iPad's notification bar, slide the “Show Preview Text” switch to iPhone Switch Off Icon. To update your Moments preferences, tap Other Feature Alerts and move the switches as necessary. To hear a message alerts when the app is open, slide “In-App Alert Sound” to iPhone Switch On Icon. To disable vibrations for all WeChat alerts, slide “Vibrate” to iPhone Switch Off Icon.
