Using the Mobile App
Open a video post on Pinterest. Posts on Pinterest may consist of an image, GIF, or video. Find a video that interests you, and tap to open it. You must be logged in to the Pinterest App to do this.
Tap the three dots in the bottom right of your screen. Pinterest will allow you to share, save, or replay the video, but these three dots will provide you with additional options, including sending the video, reporting it to Pinterest, or copying its web link.
Tap "Copy Link." You will need the link in order to download the video, so tap "Copy Link" to add it to your phone's clipboard. You can only download one video at a time, so do not copy multiple links to your clipboard.
Open a video conversion website in your phone's web browser. Pinterest users suggest https://www.expertsphp.com/pinterest-video-downloader.html or https://pinterestvideodownloader.com/ as reputable sites. These sites are not approved by Pinterest, so use them at your own risk! These sites should work on both Apple and Android devices.
Paste the Pinterest link into the website's URL box. Most video conversion sites are set up the same, with a field to past the URL in the center of the homepage that says "Paste your link here" or something similar. Tap and hold the box, and then tap Paste.
Download your video. To do so, tap the video that says Download video or something similar. This will most likely play the video file in a separate tab. Some websites may give you the option to download the video in a variety of formats. If so, tap the option to download the video in the format and resolution you want.
Tap ⋮. It's the button with three dots in the lower-right corner of the video playback. This will display a drop-down menu.
Tap Download or Download video. This will download the video to your Downloads folder in the Files or My Files app.
Using a PC or Mac
Open a video post on Pinterest. Posts on Pinterest may consist of an image, GIF, or video. Find a video that interests you, and click to open it. If you have not done so automatically, make sure you sign in to your Pinterest account or sign up for a new account
Copy the video's URL from your address bar. Pinterest's website has no functionality for copying links, but that's OK. Simply copy the link from your web browser's address bar at the top to prepare the video for download. You can only download one video at a time, so do not copy multiple links to your clipboard.
Open a video conversion website in your web browser. Pinterest users suggest https://www.expertsphp.com/pinterest-video-downloader.html or https://pinterestvideodownloader.com/ as reputable sites. These sites are not approved by Pinterest, so use them at your own risk!
Paste the Pinterest link into the site's URL box. Most video conversion sites are set up the same, with a test field in the middle of the screen where you paste the URL Right-click the center of the field and click Paste.
Download your video. Click the option to download the video once it is finished processing. This will most likely play the video file in a separate tab in your web browser. The process of downloading a Pinterest video is similar to downloading a YouTube video. However, you cannot use a YouTube converter for Pinterest videos, nor can you use a Pinterest converter for YouTube videos.
