The draws for the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League are now out and there are some interesting fixtures.
The defending champions Manchester City will have a go-up against Real Madrid once again. It will be an intense battle as the two champion sides will take each other on in what is going to be a highly competitive fixture.
Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal will have the tough task of going up against the German Giants Bayern Munich managed by Thomas Tuchel. The German manager who is slated to leave at the end of the season will look to make use of his experience in England to take on Arsenal who have been in great touch throughout the season.
The Spanish manager, Luis Enrique will reunite with his former club, FC Barcelona. Enrique was at the helm when the Blaugranas scripted a historic comeback against PSG in the 2016-17 season. This time however, he will be managing PSG with the spotlight on Kylian Mbappe who is likely to leave the club at the end of the season.
Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid are set to go up against Borussia Dortmund, led by Edin Terzic. Dortmund, who are not at their best in the Bundesliga, have managed to get over significant opponents like Milan and Newcastle the latest being, PSV Eindhoven. But Terzic’s side will have a tough opposition in Atletico who have shown the knack of getting the wins in crucial junctures of the competition and could see themselves being tested.

First Leg on April 9, 2024

Second Leg on April 16, 2024:
- Bayern Munich vs Arsenal
- Borussia Dortmund vs Atletico Madrid
- FC Barcelona vs Paris St Germain
- Manchester City vs Real Madrid
Following both legs in the quarters here are the semi-final fixtures that will take place.
The first leg of the semi-finals will take place on April 30 and the second leg on May 7.
- Atletico Madrid or Borussia Dortmund vs Paris Saint Germain or FC Barcelona
- Bayern Munich or Arsenal vs Manchester City or Real Madrid ]
The UCL final will take place on June 2 at the Wembley Stadium in the United Kingdom.
