Barcelona has already made an unsuccessful bid for Fabregas.
Barcelona: Cesc Fabregas' potential move to boyhood club Barcelona continues to gather steam after the Arsenal playmaker confirmed a conversation with Arsene Wenger where he seemed to signal his desire to leave the English club.
Fabregas says in an interview with Spanish magazine DIR Emotions that Wenger "doesn't want me to leave and my last conversation with him in London was one of the most difficult of my life. It was very painful."
Following speculation over his return to Spain Fabregas says Thursday, "I am Barca — I'm a club member ... I've felt for these colors since I was little."
Barcelona has already made an unsuccessful bid for Fabregas, who helped Spain to its World Cup triumph earlier this month.
