For the position of security guard, the candidates must have passed the Class 10 examination while people who wish to apply for the position of security supervisor must have passed the Class 12 examination.

There is good news for youths seeking jobs in the district of West Champaran, Bihar. Bagaha Police in collaboration with Security and Intelligence Services India Limited (SIS) is set to hold a recruitment drive in various police station premises of Bagaha. The recruitment process will start on August 7 and continue till August 26. Through this drive, around 7,000 youths will be recruited for the position of security guard and security supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates who wish to apply for the above-mentioned positions should be aged between 19 and 40 years.

The minimum height requirement for Guards is 167.5 cm, while for Supervisors, it is 170 cm.

It should be noted that the candidates need to pay a registration fee of Rs 350 to take part in this recruitment drive. Candidates who will be selected will undergo a 1-month training program at the SIS Training Center, Garhwa, Jharkhand. The training will include accommodation and food.

Salary Structure

Following the training process, the selected candidates will be deployed in various states across the country. The initial starting salary will range between Rs 15,000 and Rs 18,000. The candidates will get an increment after around three months. The salary after three months will range between Rs 18,000 and Rs 27,000.
