The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE), Kerala declared the class 12 or plus two results at keralaresults.nic.in. Kerala General Education Minister V Sivankutty announced the result and the pass percentage has increased. Out of the 4.47 lakh students who took the exam, 87.94% have passed. This is the highest pass percentage in the past three years. Students can check their results at the official website keralaresults.nic.in as well as on the official mobile app Saphalam.

Not just the pass percentage has increased by a record number of students who have got A+ grade. As many as 48,383 Students get A+ in Kerala 12th result 2021. Last year the number was around 200. Further, 136 schools including 11 government-administered schools have got 100% pass percentage.
Students who are not happy with their results or those who have obtained D grade or below can appear for SAY or save a year exam. The exams will be held from August 11. SAY stands for save a year exam. Students can apply for the same at official websites – keralaresults.nic.in, dhse.gov.in till July 31.
A link to check result is already available at the website, however, it would be activated only after the results are announced by Education Minister.
Apart from keralaresults.nic.in, students can also refer to the official websites dhsekerala.gov.in, prd.kerala.gov.in, kerala.gov.in, results.kite.kerala.gov.in, and keralapareekshabhavan.in to download their marks memo.
What to check in Results
This year the result, just like classes, will be held in the online mode. Usually, students go to their schools and get their marks memos now the printout of the online result will act as a provisional mark sheet. Thus, students need to ensure that the marks memos are error-free. Check the following in the marks memo –
— Spelling of name of the student, subject etc
— Total of marks and percentage calculation
— Grading system, the grade given should be in parallel to marks obtained
In case of any error, students need to get in touch with the authorities at the earliest.

Students need to go to the official website and follow these steps –
Step 1: Visit keralaresults.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the result link
Step 3: Log-in using roll number
Step 4: Result will appear, download
Students can also check results using SMS facility on phone. To do so, they need to type KERALA12 and then add space and type their registration number and have to send it to 56263. The result will be sent to them via an SMS.
Kerala 12th Result 2021: Know the Grading System
90 to 100 marks = A+ grade
89 to 80 marks = A grade
79 to 70 marks = B+ grade
69 to 60 marks = B grade
59 to 50 marks = C grade
49 to 40 marks = D+ grade
35 to 30 marks = D grade
A total of 4.46 lakh students will get their results today. Kerala is among the selected few states which are declaring results based on board exams. Kerala has held plus two or class 12 exams in April. Bihar too had conducted exams before the pandemic and Chhattisgarh had held exams based on a new pattern. Most of the states, however, have announced results based on special criteria.
Last year, 85.13 per cent of students who appeared for the exams had cleared it. Ernakulam was the best performing district with a pass per cent of 89.02. Science students had performed the best with the pass percentage of 86.62 per cent followed by commerce at 84.52 per cent and humanities at 77.76 per cent.
Meanwhile, Despite announcing results based on exams. Kerala had achieved the best-ever-result this year with a pass percentage of 99.47 per cent. Number of students getting A+ grade or more than 90 shot up to 1,21,318 in 2021 from 41,906 students getting A + in 2020 in SSLC results.
