The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is set to begin the registration process for the Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination (DCECE) 2024 counselling today, July 24. Candidates can apply for the DCECE counselling through the official website at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
According to the schedule, the last date to register for the DCECE counselling is July 30. The board will announce the round 1 seat allotment result on August 5. To download the DCECE round 1 seat allotment result, candidates will need to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth. The result will be based on the choices submitted by the candidates during the choice-filling process.
Bihar DCECE 2024 Counselling: How to Register
Candidates can follow the steps below to register for the Bihar DCECE Counselling 2024:
Step 1. Open the official website of BCECEB:bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
Step 2. Under “Online Application Forms, “click on the link that says, “Online Counselling Portal Of DCECE – 2024”.
Step 3. Login into your account using your user ID and password.
Step 4. If you haven’t registered before, click on the link that states “Click here for New Registration.”
Step 5. Now, choose the option, “Choice Filling.”
Step 6. Choose your preferred courses and colleges as per priority.
Step 7. Before submitting, review it carefully.
Step 8. Don’t forget to save a cop for future reference.

The DCECE Bihar Polytechnic Exam (PE/PM/PMM) was held offline on June 22 and 23. The results were released on July 14, and rank cards for Polytechnic Engineering (PE) and Para Medical (PM) have been issued for both intermediate and matric levels.
Through the DCECE Counselling 2024, BCECE plans to allocate 20,000 seats in government polytechnic colleges across Bihar. Seats will be assigned based on the Bihar Polytechnic Rank, cut-off scores and availability in diploma programs.
