However, the Jos Buttler-led side won back-to-back matches against Oman and Namibia. They will now be eyeing a much improved show in the Super 8 and enter the semi-finals. A win against the West Indies in their upcoming match will be a step in the right direction.
On the other hand, West Indies are one of the most decorated teams in this format of the sport. Having won the T20 World Cup crown twice, the cos-hosts will be looking to add a third silverware in this edition. They won all their four matches to qualify for the second round.
