Dil Hai Gray has been selected by the National Film Development Corporation of India (NFDC) for the Toronto International Film Festival 2023 (TIFF) which is currently ongoing. The film will be premiered at the festival on Tuesday, September 12. It is directed by Susi Ganeshan and features Vineet Kumar Singh, Akshay Oberoi and Urvashi Rautela in the lead roles. The film is about the complicated nature of human minds in the modern social-media era.
Speaking with the media on the exclusive selection by the NFDC, Susi Ganeshan said that being recognised by the corporation is a big endorsement and honour for him. He also mentioned that TIFF is a great platform for his film’s promotion. Dil Hai Gray is set to be released by the end of this year.

Susi Ganesan and Urvashi Rautela are currently in Toronto to promote their film and to be part of the premiere as well. Sharing a series of stories on Instagram, Urvashi posted a video of herself getting inside the car outside the Toronto airport. The embedded text reads, “Congratulations to all out team my fil Dil Hai Gray. Can’t wait to see and meet all my international fans, especially in Canada.”

Urvashi’s mother Meera Rautela shared a glimpse from the first of the festival. In the set of pictures, the actress can be seen hugging her mother as they pose for the camera. Urvashi looks gorgeous in a black off-shoulder sequence gown. Her gown has a sweetheart neckline with long trench. She accessorised her outfit with diamond danglers and kept her hair in an upwards messy bun.
The TIFF is ongoing from September 7 and will conclude on September 17. The festival’s celebration of Indian cinema will commence with the grand inauguration of the India Pavilion, also underscoring the nation’s rich cinematic heritage and its dynamic presence on the global film stage. Dil Hai Gray promises to be a solid addition to the festival’s lineup.
