After wrapping up six successful seasons, Bigg Boss Tamil Season 7 recently kickstarted, introducing all the confirmed contestants in the premiere episode on October 1. South actor Kamal Haasan is back as the host and it seems like the show is already creating a lot of drama, gaining huge response. To everyone’s surprise, the host made a big announcement stating that there will be two houses this season, as he had mentioned announced in the promo.
Vijay Television took to its social media handles and shared a recent promo of Bigg Boss Tamil Season 7, showing captain Vijay Varma winning the captainship task and emerging as the first captain of this season.
As the promo proceeds, it shows the Bigg Boss giving a task to the captain asking him to choose his less preferred contestants and to assign them to the second house, also referred to as the ‘jail’. Watch:

In response to the Bigg Boss’ instructions, Vijay will be seen announcing the names of the six contestants who will be sent to the second house, ‘The Bigg Boss Jail’. The six contestants were Raveena Daha, Bava Chelladurai, Akshaya Udaya Kumar, Ananya S Rao, Vinusha Devi and Nixen.
The names of the six contestants were based on those with whom the captain didn’t quite mingle. While sending them to jail, Bigg Boss also warned them to not leave the house and not participate in the tasks.
As instructed by Bigg Boss, while those in jail are supposed to cook for everyone, contestants Vichithra and Yugendran Vasudevan who violated the rules went into the kitchen. As a result of this, they were immediately sent to the jail as punishment. Watch:
In the meantime, as the nominations for the first week’s eviction have taken place already, seven names have been nominated including those of Jovika, Aishu, Raveena, Ananya, Chelladurai, Yugendran and Pradeep.
