US Athlete Justin Best Updates LinkedIn Profile Following Gold Medal Win At Paris Olympics
Less than a day after securing the gold at the Paris Olympics, Justin Best updated his LinkedIn profile and flaunted his new title ‘Olympic Champion.’

Justin Best and his teammates made history at the Paris Olympics 2024 by winning Team USA’s first gold medal in the men’s four class since 1960. The American crew overtook the defending world champions Britain and finished the race in 5 minutes and 49 seconds. What makes Best’s victory even more impressive is that he balances his athletic career with a full-time job. Along with his rowing career, the athlete works as a Junior Analyst at Union Square Advisors. Just less than a day after securing the gold medal, Best was quick to update his LinkedIn profile and flaunted his new title ‘Olympic Champion’ alongside his professional description.

According to his profile, Justin Best graduated in business and engineering from Drexel University, Pennsylvania. He has been working as an analyst at a San Francisco-based organisation since November 2021. Soon after updating his LinkedIn profile, the development garnered a lot of attention on social media, as many admired his passion for sports as well as his professional career. An X (formerly Twitter) user sharing a screenshot of his updated bio wrote, “Bro updated his LinkedIn within 24 hours of winning the Olympic gold.”

Reacting to the post, another person wrote, “If I won an Olympic gold medal, better believe I’m bragging about it in any way humanly possible.”

Another shared, “Respect the hustle. He doesn’t have a multi-million dollar sports contract to come back to.”

“I’d be updating my bio while still in the boat,” read another response.

Another wrote, “He’s an OLYMPIC CHAMPION, among all the reasons for updating LinkedIn this is by far the most solid one.”

An individual shared, “Bro lives up to his last name.”

One more observed, “Rockstar. I’d be getting the tattoo the same day.”

Justin Best’s gold medal victory was not the only highlight of his Paris Olympics campaign. In a post shared on Instagram, the 26-year-old made the moment even more memorable by proposing to his longtime girlfriend, Lainey Duncan. He chose the perfect setting for his proposal, as the iconic Eiffel Tower was in its full glory in the background when he went down on his knee.
