Almost a year after its announcement, Apple has finally launched its revolutionary Vision Pro headset in the US and is expected to go for a global rollout in February 2024. The headset, which offers truly immersive virtual reality along with 3D vision technology, will help users get life-like visuals. How does Apple Vision Pro work?

Dubbed as Apple’s first ‘spatial computer’, the Vision Pro comes with ultra-high-resolution displays, a powerful new chip, and 3D capture technology for immersive experiences. The headset, or spatial computer, integrates digital media with real and physical inputs such as motion gestures and eye tracking.

While the pre-order for Apple Vision Pro began on 19 January 2024, deliveries started around 2 February 2024 in the US. Presently, it is available at almost all Apple stores in the US and also at the US Apple Store online. The 256GB version of the device is priced at $3,499 (roughly Rs. 2,90,530) while the 512GB version is $3699 (roughly Rs. 3,07,120), and the 1TB version is $3899 (roughly Rs. 3,23,743). It has over 600 apps and games.
