A young TikTok famed woman died after slipping on damp rocks and falling as she tried to take a photo with a friend. On July 22, Moe Sa Nay, 14, fell down rocks from the Sinywa waterfall in Paung, Mon state, Myanmar, while clicking pictures with a friend. Moe was reportedly entangled in the swift-moving waters and wedged between two massive boulders. The powerful flow drowned her since she was unable to free herself. Rescuers were unable to arrive in time and struggled to remove the corpse from the boulders the following morning.

According to a report by The Mirror, on July 23, volunteers and firefighters struggled to remove the body from the rocks. They were ultimately compelled to use ropes to extract her. After tying rope around her hands, they pulled her through the narrow gap.

The media outlet was informed by rescue personnel that the teenager was one of two females that fell. Her friend, the other girl, managed to escape with minor injuries. Following the recovery of Moe’s body, rescue personnel transported her to the Paung Township General Hospital in order to conduct a post-mortem examination.

These instances have grown rather prevalent. Recently, Aanvi Kamdar, a travel and lifestyle blogger from Mumbai, passed away after falling into a 300-foot chasm while filming a video close to the Kumbhe waterfall in Mangaon, Maharashtra’s Raigad district. According to The Hindu, she was visiting a waterfall along with her seven friends when the tragedy happened on July 16 at approximately 10 am. She took pictures and videos of the area before slipping into the valley below.

The rescue squad took six hours to pull up Kamdar due to the strong downpour and falling stones, which made rescue efforts difficult. The 27-year-old was then taken to the Mangaon Taluka government hospital.

Somnath Gharge, the superintendent of police in Raigad, informed the media outlet that she died while receiving treatment. It was stated that Kamdar survived the plunge into the gorge. Although at first it seemed as though she had passed away, upon closer inspection, it was discovered that she was still alive. She was then taken straight to the hospital after being rescued.
