Nothing Brings ChatGPT Integration To Ear TWS Lineup This Month: All Details
Nothing is extending ChatGPT integration to its whole audio device lineup and earbuds sold under the CMF brand via its X app this month.

Nothing has announced that ChatGPT integration would be extended to its whole audio lineup, including its first-ever product in the market, the Nothing Ear (1), which was first launched in 2021.

ChatGPT integration was announced by Nothing in April with two sets of TWS earbuds, the Nothing Ear (a) and the Nothing Ear. This connection allowed users to immediately interact with OpenAI’s chatbot by pinching the earbud stems. As per the latest updates, the company is now expanding these features to include all of its audio devices, including CMF products, with an update to the Nothing X app due on May 21.

The announcement was made via Nothing’s official X (previously known as Twitter) account, which also included a list of headphones that will support the feature. “ChatGPT on-the-go. Alongside Ear and Ear (a), our ChatGPT integration is coming to all of our audio products: Ear (1), Ear (stick), Ear (2), CMF Buds, CMF Neckband Pro, and CMF Buds Pro. Update your Nothing X app on May 21st,” the post reads.

Nothing provides a wide variety of wireless audio products, such as the newly released Ear (a) and Ear, in addition to the CMF Buds, CMF Neckband Pro, and CMF Buds Pro. Notably, the company is providing software support for devices that have been discontinued, including the Ear (1), Ear (2), and Ear (Stick). All seven of Nothing’s previously released audio products will be able to utilise ChatGPT after the upcoming upgrade.

To use this feature, users must have both the ChatGPT and Nothing X apps installed on their smartphones. To access ChatGPT without having to unlock their cell phones, owners of Nothing’s audio products need to ensure that their handsets are running the most recent software.

The ChatGPT integration enables users to ask the chatbot a verbal question and receive a response straight through their earbuds. This connection is likely to improve now that OpenAI has released the GPT-4o model, which includes real-time verbal discussions and expressive voices.

Furthermore, ChatGPT widgets have been introduced for users of Nothing smartphones, allowing them to access the chatbot directly from their home screens. In addition, ChatGPT Plus members can also benefit from a new feature that allows them to directly capture and upload images to ChatGPT, resulting in faster responses.
