"West Bengal has been neglected and humiliated by the new government," Banerjee said on her official Facebook page.
"Has anyone seen such neglect and humiliation ever," she wondered.
Railway Minister D.V. Sadananda Gowda presented the railway budget for 2014-15 in parliament earlier on Tuesday.
