Jaipur: A CBI team in Jaipur will question former Rajasthan minister Babu Lal Nagar in connection with the sexual assault case lodged against him.
The Sodala Police station had booked Nagar for allegedly raping, threatening and beating up the woman on September 11, after calling her to his official bungalow in Civil Lines in Jaipur on the pretext of giving her a job.
The CBI has recorded the complainant's statement and collected the clothes she wore during the alleged assault. Nagar is likely to be arrested on Wednesday.
