During his Ayodhya visit, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi is expected to offer prayers at the disputed site.
New Delhi: Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday postponed his visit to Ayodhya which was scheduled to take place this week. He is now expected to visit Ayodhya on June 25, sources said.
During his Ayodhya visit, he is expected to offer prayers at the disputed site. Reportedly, VHP has also called a meeting of Hindu saints who have played active roles in Ram temple movement in 1990s.
Ashok Singhal, Praveen Togadia, Gorakhpur MP Yogi Aditya Nath and yoga guru Ashok Singhal, Praveen Togadia will be reaching the town to welcome Modi, said Sharad Sharma UP spokesman of VHP.(With additional information from PTI)
