The Supreme Court on August 6 rejected the CBI plea seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail.
Bangalore: Karnataka High Court on Friday adjourned to August 13 former Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa petition seeking relaxation of one of the conditions of the anticipatory bail granted to him in connection with an illegal mining case.
Justice Subhash B Adi adjourned the plea granting time to CBI to file its objections to the petition seeking relaxation of the condition according to which he should seek prior permission of the court if he has to travel out of Bangalore.
The Supreme Court on August 6 rejected the CBI plea seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail.
The High Court on June 21 had granted conditional anticipatory bail to Yeddyurappa in the case.
